Screens from a running system

**Dashboard.** Everything that needs attention before you open anything: draft quotations, unpaid invoices, overdue receivables computed from real balances and an NCF range alert.

**NCF ranges.** Your DGII authorization lives in the system that consumes it: B01, B02 and B04 with span, next number, expiry and remaining count.

**Invoice.** NCF, printed expiry, received payments, ITBIS by rate and an amber warning if you try to close it with an outstanding balance.

**Account statement.** Five aging buckets, per-invoice days overdue and a closing balance net of customer credit. A collections call with a document behind it.

**Pipeline.** Board by stage: Prospección, Calificación, Propuesta, Negociación. Closing requires a recorded reason.

**Customer record.** RNC on file, linked quotations, orders and invoices, and a chronological feed filtered by the viewer's permissions.

**Audit log.** Who did what and when, filterable and read-only by design. Nothing in the application edits or deletes a row.

**Modules.** Fourteen modules activated according to your business. Deactivating one requires a reason that lands in the audit log.

Cloud service

Cloud service, multi-organization, with your domain and your branding. Nothing to install: works in any browser and fully on a phone.

Immutable audit: Invoice changes, reversals, permission grants and module changes are recorded with who, when and what. Nobody can edit or delete the log.
Delegate without risk: A delegated administrator can only grant what they already hold. The system refuses to remove the last active administrator.
Access that ends: Changing or resetting a password, or disabling an account, logs that person out of every device.
Corrections with evidence: Voids, credit reversals, refunds and write-offs require a written reason and record actor and timestamp. The original row is kept.
Tested backups: Encrypted backups of data and attachments. Restores are tested regularly, not assumed.
Exportable data: Your complete information, attachments included, exports whenever you ask. You are never locked in.
