How it works

Open the client file
Personal, work and financial data with references and collateral. A padrón lookup prefills legal identity without overwriting what the officer typed.
Build the loan and show the plan
The schedule recalculates as you type; the client sees their installments before anything is saved. Approval and disbursement are held by different people.
Collect at the counter or on the street
The payment splits itself, prints a receipt and posts the cash movement in one transaction. Collectors capture offline and sync later.
Close the day with the cash counted
Count by denomination; any difference needs a second person's approval. When every branch has closed, the business day advances and mora recalculates.

The product

Screens from a running system

**Dashboard.** Active loans, total portfolio, portfolio at risk, today's and this month's collections against last month, overdue capital by aging band and which branches have closed.

**Collections queue.** Overdue loans grouped by collector with phone, address, installment, balance, overdue count, accumulated mora and arrears amount.

**Payment receipt.** Principal, interest and mora itemized, a total, who collected it and signature lines. With an NCF when a sequence is configured.

**Loan record.** Loan status and application status tracked separately. Contract charges, mora rate, grace days, collector and visit address.

**Cash closes.** The denomination count is the authoritative close input. History shows opening, income, expense, expected, counted and difference.

**Portfolio report.** Filters by branch, type, status and date; totals and per-loan detail. Exportable to CSV and Excel with the filters on screen.

**Roles.** Eight preconfigured roles over 47 adjustable permissions. Each user sees only their own branch; only administrators see across.

Exact money: No rounding errors, ever. Every centavo reconciles across receipt, loan and cash.
All or nothing: Mora, allocation, balance, cash movement and receipt post together or not at all. Two cashiers can collect at the same instant without conflict.
Two people, or it does not post: Cash variances, balance adjustments, sensitive fields and collector settlements each need a second, different human. The creator can never be the approver.
No deletes: Payments are reversed, never edited or erased. The void restores components, discounts, mora and cash exactly.
Each to their branch: Users only see and operate their own branch. Only administrators get the full view.
Recoverable: Encrypted, verified backups several times a day. Restores are tested, not assumed.
